Following the feedback from members, yoga is coming to Coldwater Curling Club! Yoga has lots of benefits for curlers as it can improve your flexibility and balance. Teddi-Lynn, our yoga instructor, will guide you through a range of motions with modifications for every skill level.
DATES: Friday January 17th , 10am to 11am
Tuesday January 21st, 1pm to 2pm
$10 per class
Bring your own mat or towel; any other equipment will be provided
Open to all - friends and neighbours welcome to join!
