Learn to Curl

Looking to improve your curling skills? This 4-week advanced curling program is for individuals who have completed Learn to Curl 1 or have some curling experience. 

This programs will teach more in depth skills from weight control, line of delivery and strategy. 

Program runs on Sundays from November 3 - 24, 2024 from 1pm-3pm.

Whether you are 18 or 80, let us introduce you to the great sport of curling!

Curling is even more fun when you know how to slide, sweep, and move safely on the ice. Our entire program is based on guidelines and best practices provided by the Canadian Curling Association. We will teach you the basics: sliding, delivery of the rock, sweeping, game etiquette & basic strategy. No equipment necessary! We supply all items you need; simply bring a pair of clean indoor running shoes and wear warm comfortable clothing. 

Upon finishing, you can apply your new skills in one of our tag leagues - great for new curlers. Our tag leagues all focus on having fun!

FREE Learn to Stick Curl 

Want to learn to curl but have back, knee, or hip issues that make traditional delivery difficult? This is your opportunity! With stick delivery, you can enjoy the sport of curling without the physical strain of the standard delivery.

Whether you're new to curling or a current player looking for a more accessible way to stay in the game you love, stick delivery is a great option. This program is designed to help both beginners and experienced curlers develop fundamental stick delivery skills through weekly instruction, with a chance to apply them in game situations as the program progresses.

As part of our Ontario Seniors Community Grant 2025-2026 we are pleased to offer this program free of charge!

Little Rocks Youth Program

Ages 7-12

Wednesday, November 5, 2025 through to March 4, 2025 from 5:30pm-6:30pm

Learn to curl with a focus on fun, skills and etiquette.
